Here, since 1907

Between the ruins of Empúries and the sea

We have been by the sea since before it was called the Costa Brava. Here, in the Greco-Roman sites of Empúries, the Greeks landed more than two thousand years ago. And today, among ruins, pines and the sand of Portitxol, you will find rooms with views of the Mediterranean, a kitchen that follows the rhythm of the seasons and a spa where you can take care of your body and mind.

Each room, your own little corner

Some look out to the sea, with the breeze and the sound of the waves in the background. Others overlook the garden, with a porch and hammock next to the lily pond. Each hides something different: the light of the evening, silence, or a door open to Mare Nostrum.

A refuge to reconnect

Three hundred meters from here, the Greeks were already searching for Asclepius, the god of medicine, among the ruins of Empúries. The spa preserves part of that legacy: treatments designed for the body and the soul, rituals without haste and a true silence.
